84 West has built all the expansions at the Blue Parrot Restaurant on St. George Island. From deck additions, kitchen expansion, new gift shop, and most recently a new tiki bar, 84 West has done a fantastic job on them all!! Mark Carrell, owner of 84 West, provided us with a high level of personal oversight and did a great job managing all the subcontractors and met difficult deadlines by staying on top of everything. The fees from 84 West were more than fair for all that was provided. We will definitely use 84 West for our next project and would give 84 West and Mark Carrell our highest recommendation.

Dear Mark,
I’m writing you this note to thank you for the great job of building our retirement home. This was the third house that I had built and I must say when I was thinking of the process of getting a house plan, contractor and all of the things that connect to building a house was depressing for me. Building the first two ended in disappointment but I’ll not bore you with those details. I developed a very strong distrust for contractors.
I can say that having you build this house has been very encouraging. It’s good to know that there are still honest and good people that actually do what they say. I have read in Proverbs (never let loyalty and kindness get away from you and you will gain a good reputation). There is no doubt that if you continue to conduct your business with honesty and integrity (the way you treated Cheryl and I) you will prosper in every way. We feel that we have not only a quality built house but also gained a good friend. The only problem that I see with you Mark is that you graduated from Auburn instead of Florida State but we can over look some things. Just kidding.
